— GarageBand app in a Reading Classroom – The app has an audio narration feature that allows to record tracks. Use these student podcasts (that can be shared) for –
- Booktalks
- Musical accompaniments – Ask students to choose a significant moment from their book and create a composition that illustrates the mood of that excerpt.
- Character interviews – Record mock interviews with a character from a book.
- Global exploration – Use the different instruments from around the world in Garageband to bring sounds of different cultures in your classroom when exploring a historical fiction book or any other informational text.

— Report Cards – fyi – Clint and/ or Kshitij (from Main Tech) will be stopping by your classroom next week to do an initial set up for the report cards. This will take no more than 5-7 mins.
